changes of heart, returns & refunds

At CupsFull Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’ve created the following refund and return guidelines to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Returns for Faulty Products

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.

2. Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, we’re happy to help. You may return the product within 30 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and once we receive the product, we will process your refund.

3. Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: If you have a subscription with us, you may cancel it at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least one week before your next subscription cycle.

  • Refunds for Subscriptions: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for subscription charges if the cancellation happens within the final week of the billing cycle.

  • Skip a Month Option: If you don’t want to cancel but need to pause your subscription, feel free to contact us, and we may be able to help with this.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at [Insert email address]. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return (e.g., faulty, change of mind, etc.). We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we’ve received your returned product and verified its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on products that:

  • Have been used or altered

  • Are outside the 30-day return window

  • Are personalized or made to order
