I'm sceptical about coffee bags. How are yours any good?
We tested a lot of roast and grind levels so our blends aren't over- or under-extracted, and our bio-web bag lets the flavour through smoothly and quickly. It's speciality-grade coffee that brews like a big, chocolatey tea bag.
How do I brew them?
For hot coffee, put a bag in your cup, add hot water and leave it for a few minutes. The longer it brews, the stronger it gets. For cold brew, leave a bag in cold water overnight.
Why Peace, Pace and Power?
Different days need different energy. Peace is the lightest, with under 44mg of caffeine per bag. Pace is a medium boost at 113mg+, and Power is the strongest at 144mg+. Pick one or keep all three in your bag.
What grade of coffee do you use?
Speciality grade only, scoring 80+ as a minimum.
Are the bags sustainable?
The bio-web bags are compostable and the pouches are reusable or recyclable. Composting grounds instead of sending them to landfill means far less methane and CO2. Our farms and co-ops give back to their local communities, in some cases funding youth education and coffee innovation.
