About this coffee

Peace is for those that love coffee but don’t need any extra energy from caffeine. Peace only has a tiny boost, under 44mgs per 9g bag (pregnant women can have 200mg per day). We don’t compromise on taste.

Origins: speciality grade coffee from Brazil, Vietnam
Taste: cashewnut, caramel and milk chocolate with nutty and syrupy sugarcane. A smooth, well-balanced blend combining the mellow sweetness of Brazilian arabica and the clean, low-acid depth of the decaf, with the earthy, robust body from Vietnam.
Antioxidants: just one bag of this coffee provides roughly the same polyphenol content as 135g blueberries. More info here.
How to brew: just add hot water (they work like teabags) or brew in cold water overnight
How to brew
Hot: put a bag in your cup, add hot water and leave it for a few minutes. The longer it brews, the stronger it gets.
Cold: leave a bag in cold water overnight.
When you're done, the bag goes in the compost.

Are the bags sustainable?
The bio-web bags are compostable and the pouches are reusable or recyclable. Composting grounds instead of sending them to landfill means far less methane and CO2. Our farms and co-ops give back to their local communities, in some cases funding youth education and coffee innovation.
